With a background in association management, and a veteran of political campaigns at every level of government, Rusty brings a diverse skillset to the team. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing issue campaigns on behalf of corporations, political committees and citizen organizations, as well as political campaigns for U.S. House and Senate races.
Rusty earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and his MBA from the University of Oklahoma
Karma Robinson

Karma Robinson is recognized for her leadership in the political and business communities by having raised more than $100 million for candidate campaigns, business groups and issue initiatives. She has created and implemented unique public affairs solutions for over 30 years for pro-business clients on a local and national level.
With extensive experience in strategic communications, policy development and advocacy, Karma directs fundraising programs, issue advocacy, and electioneering solutions for America’s top political committees and advocacy organizations.
Jenna Hasz Swindell

Jenna Hasz-Swindell is a seasoned advisor and government operations expert with extensive experience serving prominent Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives and on high-profile local and national campaigns. She most recently worked for U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz, where she held senior roles in his Washington, D.C. and Florida office. Additionally, she led operations for Congressman Gaetz’s two congressional races and played a key role in executing multi-state efforts in partnership with the Donald J. Trump for President 2024 campaign.
Prior to that, she served in U.S. Congressman Kevin Hern’s Washington, D.C. office as a Legislative Correspondent and served in U.S. Congressman Steve Womack’s Rogers, Arkansas office.
Originally from Bixby, Oklahoma, Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arkansas.

Garrett Grantz is a dedicated political strategist and advocate currently working with Southern Plains Advocacy to organize and plan campaign fundraising events across Oklahoma. With hands-on experience from his previous work at GR Pro, Garrett has built a strong foundation in campaign operations, political consulting, and donor engagement—skills he now uses to help elect candidates who value integrity, transparency, and grassroots empowerment.
A junior Political Science student at Oklahoma City University, Garrett brings academic rigor and a deep understanding of legal and institutional systems to his practical work in the field. As the current Grand Master and former Grand Treasurer of the Theta-Psi Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, he has demonstrated leadership, accountability, and a passion for service, leading successful philanthropic efforts like the annual Bathtub Push fundraiser.
